The very first edition of SPEED, birthed by founder Cloudy Ku was held in Taipei on 7/12/2019, and despite many months without parties since, we’re so happy to be here and be able to celebrate with you for this Anniversary/10th Edition of the SPEED Event Series.

We’re incredibly excited to host B E N N’s first Australian show, and showcase his incredible sound and skill to our adoring audience. This event will be B E N N’s second time performing at SPEED, as he also played the very first SPEED 3 years ago in Taiwan, making this edition all the more sentimental.

“Influenced by the London Hard drum sound, B E N N attempts to reach the outer dimensions of the sound with his natural interweaving of asian-inspired instrumentation with broken beats. In the last 3 Years, B EN N has released several EPs and collaborated on many compilations for different labels, showcasing his evolution of technic, from the Tribal Futurism on “Synethesia” to the organic, natural pulses of “ Entheos” and the sleek, High definition sonic crush of his most recent release, “2041”

Joining B E N N for this celebration will be, as always label head Cloudy Ku, who will go b2b with Naarm icon and insanely talented DJ Sal, as well as sets from two powerhouses in the Naarm dance music community in Jennifer Loveless and Moopie.

We’re so honoured and excited to be able to share this celebration with you. Go hard one more time in 2022 before we all find each other again in 2023.
